Return& Refund Policy
Tea Jac is committed to customer satisfaction. If you receive any product that you are unhappy with for any reason simply contact us via our contact form or simply email to admin@teajac.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please note: We do our best to provide informative descriptions for all our teas but due to health regulations tea cannot be exchanged or returned.
What happens if a product is broken or faulty?
If you have a faulty or broken product, please contact us via our contact form or simply email to admin@teajac.com as soon as you are aware of the problem and organize for a repair, replacement or refund.
Who pays for the return shipping?
If a product is faulty we will provide a Reply Paid address so that the item can be returned at zero cost to you. However, if the item is not faulty and you simply want to exchange it then postage costs will be incurred by the customer.
What if I am not happy with my choice of accessory?
Please contact us within 30 days of purchase via our contact form or email to admin@teajac.com. Exchanges can be made in person at Kingston shop (proof of purchase must be provided) or the product can be returned by post and we will be happy to offer an exchange or an online store credit within 5 business days of us receiving the returned product.
Refunds
Refunds are offered on all faulty products. Simply contact us via our contact form and we can provide a Reply Paid address for the faulty product to be returned. Once received we will happily refund or organise a replacement item for you, whichever you choose, within 5 business days. Refunds are made using the payment method used for the original purchase.
Exchanges
Exchanges or refunds are offered on all faulty items. If a product is not faulty and you simply want to exchange it we will happily do so but postage costs will then be incurred by the customer.
